A portable car refrigerator is a device used inside a vehicle to keep food and drinks cold. Its working principle is based on the principles of thermodynamics.

Portable Car refrigerators usually work using a refrigerant circulation system. This system consists of four main parts: compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator.
First, the portable freezer enters the compressor from the evaporator. In the compressor, the refrigerant is compressed into a high-pressure, high-temperature gas. This process requires energy. Next, the high temperature and high pressure gas leaves the compressor and enters the condenser
In the condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas comes into contact with the surrounding air. Due to the temperature difference, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas begins to cool and gradually turns into a high-pressure liquid. During this process, heat is released from the refrigerant and taken away by the condenser.
Next, the high-pressure liquid enters the evaporator through the expansion valve. In the evaporator, the high-pressure liquid is decompressed and becomes a low-pressure state. During this process, the refrigerant absorbs heat from inside the evaporator. In this way, the temperature inside the evaporator will drop, achieving a cooling effect.
Finally, the refrigerant returns to the evaporator and re-enters the refrigeration cycle system. The entire cycle is repeated continuously, allowing the car refrigerator to continue to maintain a low temperature.
Through the working principle of this refrigerant circulation system, the portable car refrigerator can keep the food and drinks in the car at a lower temperature, ensuring their freshness and quality. Whether you are traveling or camping, a portable cooler is a very practical piece of equipment.
